If you get real good at one system that works like a traditional NLE, then you can more than likely sit down in front of any other NLE and be productive. I learned on Premiere, ported that knowledge over to an AVID system, and from there went on to cut on a FCP system with barely even a few hours downtime. They all really work the same way.
