Looks about right given the recently rising prices for components (especially memory). The 930 is only slightly more expensive than the 920 that we've been recommending (roughly $10 to $20 more). I would concentrate on getting things stable at stock speed first, then gradually overclock that CPU in increments of roughly 100MHz. You might find that you'd be getting optimal results at around 3.6 to 3.8 GHz (stock with that CPU is 2.8GHz) without having to boost voltages excessively.
