Serious help with PluralEyes

OK guys, I am really frustrated. I bought PluralEyes recently for cs5 and I am having issues. I have tried 3 different weddings with PluralEyes. Each wedding has at least 2 cameras with 2 sound sources and one wedding has 3. When I run PluralEyes, it always produces same output for these 3 weddings: the video tracks remain unsynced, and the audio tracks created like a duplicate of themselves. But the video remains untouched. This happens for the 3 weddings, where it seams to have done some duplication of the audio but nothing to the video. I have tried different setting like try really hard, level audio, etc. Nothing seems to work. Isn't this program supposed to sync audio and video on multiple tracks? I honestly dont konw what happened to my audio after it "suynced" something really strange I tell you.
