Sorenson Squeeze Upper File limit? at DVinfo.net

hey everyone,

I'm trying to compress a 6 hr professional development session for view in a flash presentation w/ powerpoint screens displayed next to the video.

everytime I have tried to compress this file, squeeze 3 crashes at the 99+% of work completed (nearly 24 hrs of render time). I upgraded to squeeze 4, it loads the file but when the squeeze it button is clicked, nothing happens.

am I trying to compress a file above the capabilities of squeeze?

i found squeeze 4 for the pc to be rather buggy... have you tried splitting the file into 3-hr segments?
