Hi
I've taken some footage at 720p/25. Whats the best way to get it to 720p/30. Is it possible to maintain the quality adding five frames?

Edius enables you to do this just by changing project settings. Presumably, but I do not know this, other nles are the same?

If you interpret the footage using lets say After effects 25fps to 30fps do you have any loss of quality?....Any one now how?
