Free HOG software? at DVinfo.net

I read in Post magazine about a free software program called HOG that was developed at Cal Arts to clean up soundtrack audio. They called it a "spectral matching program".

It's supposed to be available online, but none of my searches came up with anything.

Anyone have any info?

I found one HOG audio program here

This seems to be the correct one. Because the original url

will redirect you to the page above.
