I changed from PC with Premiere Pro to a Mac Pro with FC Studio about a year ago.

Have to say it wasn't that easy to make the adjusment for the first month... not because the Mac is more difficult to use - but because it's easier, and my brain was still tuned in to having to do back-flips to get jobs done on my PC.

But now I'm a fully converted Mac user and I'm glad I did it... I feel I have a much more versatile editing set-up, with amazing support from other users online if I ever need advice. The Mac has a kind of sweetness to it, I guess.

One myth I would like to quash, though... Macs do crash. Not often... but they do.
