Teleprompter Recommendation

We already have a 15" Jony Jib teleprompter. It's okay, but
the way the LCD screen is "strapped in" means that it can easily
slip out and hit the floor (yes, it has .. . ugh!).
The software is not so great either (but it works).

Can anyone recommend something better that can be flown from
a crane without this issue?

For teleprompter software....

Try Telescreen 32 for software, I am using the older version and absolutely love it. I also have the Telescript software and hardware (controller) but it starts out at about 1500.00. Do a google search for Telescreen, I believe it cost arount 350.00.
