Advice on shooting microscope images?

I am currently looking into shooting a micro scope image, onto a 2/3" ENG camera. Has anyone tried this? I've seen before, nikon binocular-microscopes that enables, with an adaptor, shooting with smaller digital cameras. Might be just easier to rig up with a smaller camera.
Any kind of advice is welcome.
Thanks in advance,
TF
