PAL to NTSC transcoding

I know there is a software or plugin developed by one of our members here at DVi, and acclaimed by many as by far the best out there.

Particularly I am looking for PAL DVCPRO-HD/100 to SD NTSC (DV or DVCPRO-50) transcoding.

I can't find it right now, would someone please point me into the right direction?

Thanks,

I've had good results with DVfilm Atlantis: http://dvfilm.com/atlantis/ although I've only used it with standard definition footage. Since you mentioned a DVinfo member, I'm guessing you might be thinking of Graeme Nattress' Standards Convertor: http://www.nattress.com/Products/sta...conversion.htm

Last I heard, Graeme was part of the RED software team.

Atlantis is a good tool, but in my opinion, it doesnt respect image. All converted files are progressive...

I was thinking of Graeme.

Thanks, Boyd.
