.vro file from a Canon DVD - how to ope and edit it?

I don't have the software with the Canon dvd video camera, but I have the video file which is a .ifo and a .vro file. I cannot figure how to open and re-render this as something else for the life of me. Anyone have a quick and easy answer for this? Thanks
