Protection from sand?

Hello all,
I'm going to be shooting a small documentary on a beach in Texas (South Padre Island). It is always windy there and I am concerned about getting sand on/in my camera. What kind of "protection" do you recommend and what is the appropriate term for what I'm looking for? I can't seem to find anything on B&H. Chris, do any of your sponsors carry anything?

Thanks for any tips!

I know either Zotz or ZGC carries the CamKote for around $120?
The Kata rain cover will work well, at a modest ($100) price.
The Porta Brace rain slicker is a beauty as well, but about $170.
