Batch Frame Grabs - Best Results?

Hey guys!

I've been messing around with taking frame grabs from my AVI videos over the last couple of days and haven't been happy with the results. I've used Frame Shots 3.0, Capturex Image Grabber, Topaz Moment 3.5 and some others. I either get overly interlaced images that are next to impossible to de-interlace in PS or overly smooth images.

Help!! What do you guys use to get the best quality frame grabs? I need a batch processing solution

Your help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Alex
