Movie Reviews at DVinfo.net

I plan on having movie reviews in the show that I am working on, what would be the right way to do it, dont want to get a law suit, do we?

The current format of the reviews is the talent will speek and have some video footages from films, tv shows, documentaries, etc. Some reviews will be on the show, the rest will be on the shows website. I dont plan on making the reviews no more than 3 min for the show and no more than 10 min for the website (there are films I can go on about).
