			To help you answer your queston, head off to your nearest Dv camera dealer and compare the two side by side. The one you like the most is the one for you.  
		
		
		
		
		
		
			Too manyu people worry about the tech specs of a camera when they really don't need too. Any DV camera will exceed the needs of 80% of the people out there shooting. The other 20% are generally shooting for broadcast and require safe output. So unless you have a specific purpose in mind, ie DV to film transfer, go with the one you like the look of hte most. Both are high end pro sumer cameras and will not dissapoint you.

			I have to agree with adrian, If you can get your hands on each one and try them out, most of what you see posted (ie video examples) are more for editorial or for shot composition reasons, not for the actuall look of the video itself. Get to a camera dealer if you can and kick the tires you'll be happy you did. Marc
