buying masters for a SIV
I have the opportunity to buy the Masters for a Special interest video. He's asking for offers, what would you offer?

Impossible to answer. The way you've phrased this is kind of like asking the question "how long is a rope" or "how big is a house." You're not providing enough detailed information for anyone to be able to offer any useful advice, sorry.

Make sure you are buying the rights and copyright and not just the masters.
You may also need the cover of release forms.
