Has anyone used or seen any footage from the new JVC Cams that use a flash drive instead of tape?

Are you talking about the DV5001?

I've used the 500's and DV5000's, and was unimpressed, either by their picture quality, or their cheap plastic bodies.

The 5001's might be improved, I've heard a few networks have bought the 5001's with firestore drives.
