Help me get better

Hi all

I have been reading, buying and trying to learn video production /web delivery for about 2 years now. I have faily good equipment to work with and I feel I know Final Cut and Premiere well enough, but I want to go to a higher level with my video work. I seem to be stuck between full amature and where I want to be.
I need to get a better handle on Flash, as it seems to be the best delivery platform for what I want to do. i have no problem with quicktime and WMp , but I really would like to be able to output to flash an d know how to embed it.
I do this as hobby/intrest but I just feel i need to bump it up a bit. I have never been to any film school , as everything I have learned has come from forums and asking others.

If you can guide me on what you think I should do at this point please feel free to tell me

Here is my Vimeo site ... if you have time watch and tell me if I should give it up,go to school , keep working or whatever

Thanks

First, let me complement your attitude. It's that type of objective appraisal of one's abilities that allows a person to continue to learn and improve. It's only when you think you have arrived that you may have a problem. I know a number of videographers with great skill who have that same attitude and it serves them well.

Aside from reading, it helps a great deal to associate with other videographers. One enormous reservoir of knowledge is this forum. It provides an invaluable opportunity to learn from others. Another worthwhile endeavor is to join and participate in your local videographers association.
