Wow! The costume video shows the monitor from the video. Resolution said 200fps at 2048x1080.

The footage is probably Phantom footage, given the frame rates.

A company called Vision Research has a line of high speed cameras called Phantom -
High Speed Cameras: Digital High Speed Video Camera Systems and Accessories.
