Seeking File Comparison software suggestions at DVinfo.net

I promised I would get my digital files in order this new years...I have speant the past 4 days manually comparing files that are on my pc hard drive to usb hard drives, The has got to be an easier way isnt there? Im talking about my digital photo, video and even word doc files.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I use a utility called Fast Duplicate File Finder.

It's free, and allows you to decide what drives/folders to search through, and will also allow you to examine files before deciding whether they are duplicates or not.

Great utility that is (was) completely free.
