Jib camera with LANC control at DVinfo.net

I'm in the market for a small camera to be mounted on a jib on a pan and tilt controller that will record to an SDHC card and can be operated remotely with an LANC controller for zoom and focus. It will fit on a 12' jib with extension cable for the LANC. Not too many of the newer tapeless cams mention LANC anymore, so I thought maybe someone here can steer me toward something.

The cam must be capable of standard DV as well as 720p HD or better, but does not need to have all the latest features. However, a decent lens with at least 40x optical range is preferred.

Any suggestions?
