Equipment Checkout Software System

Hi All,

I am joining an organization that is growing and needs to truly solidify a few production processes/systems that they have management to do without. One important system they need is a database for all the equipment they have, who wants to use what when, when things are checked out and when they are checked back in. Luckily, they do not have a ton of gear...but I want to get the process down as best as possible, so that they are on point as they grow. Something more professional than an excel spreadsheet.

Is there any freeware that is out there that is good? I found this but it only seems to be dowloadable via Explorer for PCs and not Macs:

Are there any for-pay solutions you like?
