script for on screen presenter
I've got an actress coming over tonight who wants to do some presenting in front of green screen - I thought I had a script lying around but nothing - I've looked online, I can get plenty of VO stuff but nil for presenting to camera - any chance anyone has a news or lifestyle style script that they would care to share - please PM me - I'm not sure where else to look

Re: script for on screen presenter
Hi Paul, if you haven't received anything, try this.
Get a newspaper and look for suitable news items. If you haven't got an autocue, get some sheets of white butchers paper and copy out those items, sized so she can read them from the distance you deem suitable for your shoot. In the middle of the sheet of paper, cut a hole for the lens of your camera, so she's looking at the cam when she reads her .. audition is it? Without a 'frame' to hold up the paper, you'll have to support it but this will work. This idea is based on a system we used to train actor/narrator/newsreaders to read to camera. Tonight eh .. better get moving mate, good luck. :) Cheers.

If the material you come up with is a bit crap, just tell her it's part of the training.
