Visiting London

I will be visiting London in 10 days and I would like to buy the new Canon 650D. Any suggestions where I could get this camera at a reasonable price. Any well known shops (the likes of B&H) to visit?

Re: Visiting London

I would have suggested Jacob's Digital on New Oxford Street in Central London but apparently they are "in administration". Worth a look because shops still open I think albeit they will not be able to obtain new stock.

There is also a branch of "Jessops" directly opposite on the other side of the road which also stocks Canon kit,

Re: Visiting London

Thanks guys for all the info. I just "walked" Tottenham Court road in Google street view and saw all the shops there. This tool "street view" is amazing!!!

Re: Visiting London

Go around as many as you can and get their best prices then see what deals you can do for extras such as batteries and memory cards etc, most of them like to do deals to get your business and it is one place in London where you can barter them off each other.

Good luck and hope you enjoy your trip, I am in London myself for two months as there is some sort of sporting event happening and they need my assistance! ;0)

I then have a week in KOS to unwind and relax!
