I have used a range of shutter speeds, depending on the effect i wanted, although going much beyond 1/100 to 1/120 does become more noticeable for standard frame rate footage, where I don't want the higher shutter speed effect.
Yes, the shutter does get used for in shot exposure adjustments, when you don't want to stop pull. |
