Shooting Black and White with XL1s?

Hi. I have an XL1s and I want to know what methods to use to shoot a movie in black and white?

Any info. will be appreciated?

Record normally, capture to your NLE, and use the proper filter to convert to Black & White. Then, print it back to tape to get the final B&W version.

You can also use a Custom Preset with the Color Gain set to the full negative position. Looks like b/w to me but I haven't played anything back that was recorded that way. Might be worth a try.
