DV Remote Control at DVinfo.net

I have a Canon ZR70mc that I need to operate by remote. The problem is it is not equipped with Lanc cable and I need something to operate it by cable not wireless.
I purchased a helmet camera and it doesn't have a cable remote except for a Lanc equipped cameras, any help would be great.

I'm afraid you're out of luck, Paige. You'll need a Sony DV camcorder with a LANC jack, or a Panasonic camcorder (which doesn't have LANC but its own auxiliary control jack). Might be time to switch camcorders.
