16x9 PAL Colour Bars at DVinfo.net

Can anyone help? I'm trying to get hold of a 16x9 PAL SMPTE colour bar image, if such a thing exists. (good quality TIFF preferably). It is not going to be used for video but for a graphic image I'm working on. I already have 4x3 PAL colour bars and stretching to 16x9 just doesn't look right. I was wondering if there exists, on along similar lines, one for 16x9.

I'd appreciate any help.

I found a test reference PAL DVD with SMPTE/EBU Bars on it. But it doesn't say if they are also 16:9. You might email them.
