Frame Mode Article

I came across an article in the August 2002 issue of VideoSystems magazine which discusses "frame mode"s various incarnations in great detail. You may find this an interesting reference.

the aricle was about NTSC equipment right? Does the section about frame mode refer to PAL equipment as well?
