DSR-450 25p 16/9 thin lines flickering at DVinfo.net

Hello,

I'm about to shoot a Short using the DSR 450 next week. during the Testing we set the camera to obtain most latitue, and also reduced "sharpness"; We're shooting at 25p, 16/9; and yet, thin lines in the frame really flickers. What is the best way to reduce this by a per-shot basis ? Which of the Detail setting needs to be altered ?
