Editing with Premiere Pro

I've been editing my movie on Premire Pro and as I assemble clips into a sequence and play it back, it goes out of sync. Everything else in the program seems to work fine. When I save it again it goes back to being in sync, but will go out when I work on the sequence again.
Any ideas? Help!

Don't know your computer, or what version of PPro, but it sounds like your computer is older and slow, or does not have enough RAM to handle srcubbing it before it is rendered. Are you talking about saving it, or rendering it? When you hit enter it renders it.

Are you saving your media files on a second hard in your system, or are you running everything from the system drive?
