Yeah but the trailer isn't the film , the trailer would have been released before the film was finnished which means howard shore would have been busy working on the film hence the completely difirent music in the trailer.

It appears that it is not uncommon for music from another film to be used in a trailer of a film that has no connection to the film from which the music came.
Last night I watched a trailer of "The Painted Veil" and recognized music from the film "The Last Samurai". |
