hmc70 & 150 mixing

I'm thinking about the move to HD from my DVX100. The hmc150 caught my eye as a possible 1st cam replacement and the hmc70 as a 2nd cam. Both record onto SDHC etc etc.

However, I have read reports that the hmc150 is best at its native 720 mode. The hmc70 just records at 1080. I'm wondering if these two cams are indeed going to be good together....?

On the editing side I am currently using a 2.4 core 2 duo which will be replaced by one of the new i7 chips, hopefully that will enable some AVCHD editing without converting or intermediates..

Thanks

P.S If anyone with a hmc151 version could let me know under which menu option the PAL \ NTSC selection is I'd be grateful
