HMC clip length problem

this is frustrating. I shot a dinner last thursday with the HMC as my tripod camera. the main sequence is quite long. I can see the full length of the clip in the log and transfer window in FCP, and it is about 1:15 long, but when I try to transcode, i only get 25 minutes.
WTF!!!!!??????? I have tried it in toast, premiere and voltaic. my last effort is to capture it from the HDMI port to an intensity card. Is there a way around this problem?

Scott- I think you are OK. It sounds to me like the 4GB FAT32 file size thing. There is a way to stitch the files back together. I am in a hurry right now, but I know I have seen threads on this topic either here or the other forum. What version is your OS and FCP? I think that may be why you are ruin into this. Sorry I can't be more help at the moment.
