for others interested or keeping track: after 19 days (including Christmas & New Year's), no disc yet, and no 16 GB SDHC card, either.

Send an email to sav.p2support.pavc@ml.jp.panasonic.com and let them know you have not received your Neo 2 Booster upgrade disc yet.

Still waiting too.

Well, it's no different with the HMC40. I called a Panasonic service support number (I think it was 1800-524-1448) on Jan 7 and after being kicked from rep to rep of different departments and having to tell them the reason over and over, I finally got to a guy that told me that the department I was trying to reach was closed for the day, but that he could take my information and have them call me. A while later some guy called me and after I explained to him the situation, he asked me for my HMC40 serial number, and after taking note of that and all my information, he told me that the disc was going to ship the next day and that I was going to receive it by the beginning of this week. Today is Friday and I still haven't received it. I just called again and they took my information once again, I suppose they will call me on Monday maybe.

Oops! I thought it was coming by mail, but I opened the front door and there it was, delivered by UPS. So call 1800-524-1448 and that will accelerate the request.

Booster arrived today.

Didn't call the 800 number, but used the site suggested by Xian.
Not sure if it sped things up, but I'm happy to have it.
Now I'm waiting for the reply to my request for a Booster S/N.

For others waiting, total wait = 26 days, but that spanned Christmas and New Year's Day.

Interesting (not in a good way, of course). It seems I was lucky, as my disk came in February about a week after I requested it. The serial number arrived within a day of my email request.

Now the free bluray player with the HMC40 is another story ... been waiting months on that.

It finally arrived on Tax day! All toll, it was about 3 months of waiting. It arrived, once I had given up and forgotten. That is the secret, just forget it.
