HMC-150... Is it really 30p or is it 29.97p?

I shoot video in 30p or 60p and then capture it with Cineform's NeoScene. However Sony Vegas Video (as well as the properties in Windows) tells me that the video is really 29.97p or 59.94p. So when I render the final project I'm not sure which to use.

Rounding up

In reality, 30p is 29.97 and 60p is 59.94. They just round up the numbers to 30 and 60 to make life easier for those of us who can't memorize more than 2 digits.
