Re: Shot of my AG-HMC 150 rig
Hey Randy
That's really neat!!! The guys that buy the AC 130 or 160 could also have a rig like that!! Just for interest, when it's on your shoulder do you have enough offset to be able to use the LCD to frame your shots or do you have to use the EVF... I really don't like the tiny LCD inside the HMC150 (and HMC70's) viewfinder....if you are able to use the LCD then that's awesome!! I have been pondering on the AC 130 this year but my supplier only has the 160 ..maybe I need to get two 150's ...I must admit that CCD's still perform better in low light although they are not as sharp as the new Panny CMOS chips!! If I understand what your asking then the answer is yes this shoulder mount (no cheap $650) is really flexible you can adjust the height, distance from your eye, shoulder offset, & vertical shoulder offset.

Re: Shot of my AG-HMC 150 rig
Thanks Randy
So when YOU use it do you use the LCD to frame your shots or the EVF???? I would seriously like to have a lighter camera that I can snap onto a shoulder rig. The HMC80's are very nice to use but I really do need the 1/3rd chips for wedding reception work!! Chris |

Re: Shot of my AG-HMC 150 rig
I toggle back and fourth depending on whats going on. If im handheld I use the rear VF if im on tripod I generally use the flipout but I check the rear from time to time because there are small differences between them.
