Where can I get a Snow and Rain Jacket for my MX-500?

G'day,

I'm trying to buy a Snow and Rain Jacket similar or exactly the same as the VW-SJMX50 (only available from Japan as far as I can tell). Does anyone know where I can buy one online?

An English text website is preferable.

heh there all
i suggest you look at b&h.
i was looking the other day for underwater housings for this cam and they have some soft housings supposed to be good underwater for somewhere around 100 feet. i don't know if i can trust them myself but its worth a look. I think by memory they are around 300 dollars and will give you the ability to film underwater. if anyone knows anything about these could you please tell us a little. are they trust worthy underwater. i have no doubt as just a weather shield. one thing with them though. i would say that the audio reproduction would be pretty useless. that is something that would ahve to be looked at

If you don't want to spend the money for a rain jacket, you could always use Saran Wrap, a plastic bag, or even make one. They won't look as spiffy as the official Pana jacket, but they should do the trick. :-))
