Can someone advise me if the Optical Stabilizer on the new GS200 is good?

ALSO-do the same batteries from the GS70 fit the new GS200?

Thanks Alan. I confused myself by clicking on features of 3-ccd's as it relates to Panasonic products. There, they wrote about Optical Stabilizers which I confused with the GS200.
