PAL DVX 100 and PC NLEs at DVinfo.net

Umm, I posted this in the PC Editing section, but no one is responding, so I figured I would ask my questions here:

Which PC NLEs can work properly with the progressive image of a PAL DVX 100 (25p)? Excuse my ignorance, but I heard something about how some NLE's can't handle progressive footage properly, is this true?

the difference with pal, is that your project settings must be at PAL DV 25p, do not select film 24p
