What do you use it for?
If you have the DVX100a/DVX100 what are the main things you use it for?

I just got it a couple of months ago, so I'm using it for my own dramatic projects until I get completely used to using it. I plan on using it for my corporate and college projects eventually.

Working on a documentary at the moment. Also, just got hired to do a presentation of a land developement for the lady to use for people interested in buying a lot to live on. It's oriented toward people that may want to retire to a more rural area and escape the big city.
Planning to do a lot of dramatic work immediately following the documentary. |

I upgraded from a Sony VX2100 to shoot a humanities documentary. Settable timecode, xlr input and 24p is what I mainly bought it for.

Sounds like a good job. We have several outdoor channels. What do you shoot. Standard video? |
