I saw one place on the web that is taking advanced orders at US$ 2,750/ea. I believe I saw the suggested retail price at $3,295.

Thanks. So it's a tad cheaper than the DVX/24P, I see. I wonder if Pana made any improvements to it. Like take a little slop out of the front rings, and maybe, just maybe, improve the 16:9? Probably not, since I'm under the impression that it's basically the same as the DVX. Or am I wrong?
