How quiet is the 45-200mm?
Has anyone used the Lumix 45-200mm on the GH1 and if so how does it compared with the 14-140mm for noise of the AF motor?

the 14-140 is absolutely silent as it was designed for video. You get some noise from the normal G1 lenses but not deafening...
