GH-1 - mains power and timelapse
Hi all, for a project Im filming, I need a timelapse camera, to shoot over a 10 hour period.
I (hopefully) have a friend who might loan me a GH-1. I have a few questions: 1) Can the GH-1 be run from mains power, with the cables its supplied with? 2) Can it be tethered to a laptop? (a mac). the cam will be mounted in an inaccessible place, so id like to tether the cam and have the photos coming into the laptop one by one. If it can be tethered, does the software have a intervalometer/ timelapse function? 3) If it cant be tethered, is there a time lapse controller you can plug in (like you can buy for the canon dslrs) thanks for any help! |

Sadly, there is no tethering.
On the upside, it does come with an AC adapter, and you can purchase an Intervalometer on ebay (I have not done this, but it appears to be the only way). |

It works pretty well, I've used it a lot. Here a short review I wrote: Sami Snpkkil | Panasonic GH1 Timelapse Remote review
