Which Shoulder Rig For the GH2?

I had put the one GH2 my local camera shop had in stock on hold, and today pulled the trigger. Still trying to figure out how to operate the thing. I'm planning on getting a shoulder rig for it. Any you suggest? Possibly something that doesn't hinder the ability to replace batteries while on the rig. Also, I'd like to be able to directly mount the whole rig onto a tripod without taking the camera off. Do you guys prefer to use two grips or a single grip? I'm wondering if having two grips will make it more difficult to balance the rig if the left hand spends most of the time operating the follow focus. Do you guys prefer an offset rig with Z-finder or an lcd monitor with a straight rig? How do you find pulling focus off the lcd? Most likely I'd like a rig with a separated weight on the tail end, follow focus, matte box, and most importantly the ability to attach a Zoom H4N. What's the best way to mount one of those on? Sorry for the million questions. Thanks!!

Is the price fair? I'd probably add a counter weight, which they charge about $150 for. Seems a bit steep. Is it a good idea to get an external monitor separately when buying a rig, or just take the one they include? I've looked at the Jag35, Cavision, and others, but none seem to be as complete as this one. I'm looking for a rig that will mount to a tripod, follow focus, monitor, counter weight, and matte box. This one seems to be solidly built. Thanks!
