Slurring from HVX shot DVD

I've completely many DVDs from the HVX but never had it look like this. The finished DVD has a lot of slurring/blurring as people move through the frame. It's a professional ballet company two camera shoot. The footage looks fine in post. When I author to DVD the dancer blur/smear as they move through the frame. After minutes of watching you almost get motion sick.

Any thoughts on how to fix?

More information is needed in order to help. How did you shoot the footage? (Frame rate, shutter speed, what format - SD/HD). Also, what settings did you use to create the MPEG2 encode for the DVD?

Posting a sample of the footage in question would also help.

What was your shutter setting? Have you watched the original footage on the same display you're watching the DVD on?
