I should also add that 1080i through Raylight is running about half as fast as 720p - about 12 to 15 FPS on this system.

And as I pointed out earlier with the first demo, the medium quality gives the best performance for 1080i on this system, but still not real time for any of the three settings. Weird. Low (real time) quality gives the best performance for 720p and I can run the 720p60 clip in real time on the low setting and I can work with two 720pn24 clips simultaneously on low quality. I tried loading up two separate 720p60 clips and Vegas crashed out to the desktop and the Raylight control froze up and I had to kill it thru task manager. I'll reboot the system in a bit and try again.

Well, based on your PC, at this time, that's probably as close as we can expect for max frame rate.

It will probably be good enough for now, but I'm hoping they continue to optimize Raylight.
