Welcome to the forum, Chris.
Use whatever brand of filter you prefer; the better the quality of filter the less degredation of light passing through it. Filter brands tend to be a hotly debated topic but the general rule is pick the brand that fits your budget. |

I have a 82mm(?) B+W multicoated UV filter for the HVX200 for sale. Cost $125 from B&H. I'll give it to you for $65. It's in perfect condition. I used it twice and put it back in it's box.
