GH1 and V1U

I'm heading to the East Coast tomorrow to film for my homeless documentary. i'm going to be filming interviews with my Sony V1U and another person is going to be shooting with their GH1 (want some of those beautiful depth of field shots). I'll be shoot 24P and so will the GH1.

Has anybody bumped into any potential conflicts with a similar setup? Or perhaps the exact opposite, and the two types of footage cut together well? I'm just double checking as part of my last minute checklist.

Well, it's too late now, but I've used my vx-2000, HV-30, and GH1 for a wedding recently and they seem to work pretty well together. If only the vx was HD.
