Tutorails
Hello Everybody,
As you have probably figured out from my other threads, I am a beginning digital photographer. I have been reading tutorials that people have sent to me about sound, and so far have found them very interesting. I was wondering if anybody has any tutorials about lighting and guides on which equipment to buy? Cheers, David Applegate |

There are a lot of threads in this forum about lighting gear etc.,
and we have a forum called Read About It that contains a couple of books about lighting and light.

David,
Birns & Sawyer, one of Hollywood's oldest and best known names in gear, has a number of tutorial videos. I am currently in the process of reviewing a set of their instructional DVD's, two volumes of which are on the subject of lighting. (Watch for the reviews here on this site soon.) I am not sure that the DVDs are for sale quite yet. If you cannot find them on their site (I couldn't) give them a call.
